Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours within placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURN ADDRESS FOR ORDERS:
Send back your order, with valid tracking information please, to the following address below. Once it is received, you will be refunded, or store credit will be provided to you, upon your request. If nothing is requested, a refund will be defaulted. Refunds require 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, even if done right away.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You have 1 day to cancel your order after making your payment, or, until it is shipped out with valid tracking information.
- You can request a in-store credit to be used, as a refund, or, your original payment method will be refunded. We provide in-store credit as coupon codes, totaling the same amount in value, as your order. Example: A $20 Refund, will be given to you as a $20 coupon code to be used (takes $20 off your order). Or, funds will be refunded back to your original payment method (Visa, Amex, or Debit card for example).
- The item must be new, in original packaging to be returned. Exceptions are made if the item arrived damaged, or was not the same as the item purchased online. In this case, the packaging does not have to be new or untouched.

- We cannot cover return shipping fees for an item. Please send back with valid tracking number, to avoid hassles for you, and a faster refund service.
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
